  • Firstly, Ms. Kiruthika S (IV – AI&DS) won first prize in Moracco solidarity hackathon along with USD 5000 AWS Credits at Canada. Her solution to the proposed problem statement is highly innovative and impressive.
  • In addition, Mr. Divesh Iyyapan S, Mr. Tamil Selvan M and Mr. Saikarthick M (IV – AI&DS) clinched second prize in a national level hackathon organised by K. Ramakrishnan College of Engineering along with the cash prize of INR 7500.
  • Also, Ms. Nikitha Y S and Ms. Subha R (III – AI&DS) received first prize in paper presentation contest organised by K.S.R. College of Engineering.
  • Further, Mr. Barath Kumar J K S (IV – AI&DS) received job offer from TCS for his remarkable participation in Hack Quest, a national level contest organised by Tata Consultancy Service.
  • Additionally, Ms. Aarthi B, Ms. Supriya G and Ms. Vishnu Priya C (III – AI&DS) received second prize in paper presentation contest organised by Knowledge Institute of Technology.
  • Ms. Haripriya I and Ms. Gurumeetha S R (III – AI&DS) received second prize in paper presentation contest organised by K.S.R. College of Engineering.
  • Ms. Nikitha Y S and Ms. Nivetha M (III – AI&DS) received second prize in paper presentation contest organised by Knowledge Institute of Technology.

Extra-curricular Student Achievements

  • Moreover, Mr. Boobeshan A C (III – AI&DS) has secured Bronze and Silver Medals in bodybuilding competitions, along with earning the title of Mr. Erode 2024. Such accomplishments highlight the college’s holistic approach to student development, nurturing talents both within and outside the classroom.
  • Also, Mr. Nithish Kumar R (II-AI&DS) received 3 gold, 1 silver and 1 bronze medals in Chief Minister’s swimming contest.
  • Furthermore, Mr. Babu R (IV-AI&DS) is a state level hockey player and he represented not only our college but also the Karur district in the CM Trophy.

Faculty Journal Publications

Further, the Department of Artificial Intelligence and Data Science at M.Kumarasamy College of Engineering (MKCE) has contributed significantly to the academic and research community.
