About Us
The Department of Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering was started in the academic year 2005 - 2006 with 60 intakes. Our department has 3 laboratory venues with tremendous facility which is useful to conduct laboratory subject for UG course. Our department has Computer Control of Process Lab with 36 Computers provided with 500 Mbps of Internet Facility and it has various software like MATLAB, Distributed Control System, Programmable Logic Controller and LabVIEW Software etc. Our department has signed MoU with 14 different industries. Our department faculty members published papers in various National and International Journals. Our department have qualified and experienced faculty with good Student Teacher Ratio (STR). The department has been constantly producing illustrious Engineering graduates of high caliber who occupy prestigious positions in the academia and industrial fields.
The department conducts periodic workshop, seminar, symposium and conference to help students, faculties and corporate world to unite in a common place and thereby strengthen the industry institution fusion. Our students have participated in many inter and intra college competitions like project contest, coding contest, paper presentation, Cultural events and won prizes. The department has very good placement records and students got placed in leading companies like TCS, Wipro, CTS, Infosys, Siemens, Yokogawa and Allen Bradley etc.

Program Educational Objectives(PEO)
PEO1: Graduate will possess technical knowledge for professional careers in Electronics & Instrumentation field that caters to the needs of industries
PEO2: Graduate will have an ability to solve instrumentation engineering issues with suitable engineering solution by modern tool usage and active research

Program Outcomes(PO)
PO1: Engineering knowledge: Apply the knowledge of mathematics, science, engineering fundamentals, and an engineering specialization to the solution of complex engineering problems.
PO2: Problem analysis: Identify, formulate, review research literature, and analyse complex engineering problems reaching substantiated conclusions using first principles of mathematics, natural sciences, and engineering sciences.
PO3: Design/development of solutions: Design solutions for complex engineering problems and design system components or processes that meet the specified needs with appropriate consideration for the public health and safety, and the cultural, societal, and environmental considerations.
PO4: Conduct investigations of complex problems: Use research-based knowledge and research methods including design of experiments, analysis and interpretation of data, and synthesis of the information to provide valid conclusions.
PO5: Modern tool usage: Create, select, and apply appropriate techniques, resources, and modern engineering and IT tools including prediction and modelling to complex engineering activities with an understanding of the limitations.

PSO1: Graduate will have an ability to apply modern industrial automation tools in control and automation industries to solve the complex problems.
